Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book?
Call or email us using the contact information at the bottom of the page.
Is go-karting safe?
Safety is our number one priority. Please see our safety agreement for more information. Before every session, drivers receive a safety briefing covering track rules, driving conduct, braking, overtaking, and what to do if your kart stops on track. Our team also monitors all sessions throughout the race.
Why don’t the karts have seat belts?
Our single-driver karts are intentionally designed without seat belts, in line with standard karting safety practice worldwide. Racing-style go-karts are very low to the ground and built to minimize rollover risk. In the unlikely event of an incident, the open kart design allows drivers to separate from the kart more safely than being restrained in an open-frame vehicle.
Why do the twin karts have seat belts?
Our twin karts are fitted with seat belts because they are designed differently from standard single-driver racing karts. Twin karts are wider, heavier, and intended for shared rides at controlled speeds, often carrying younger passengers or first-time riders alongside an adult driver. The seat belts help keep both occupants securely positioned during the ride and form part of the safety design specific to those vehicles.
Do I need previous driving experience?
No experience is needed. Our staff will guide you through everything you need to know before your session begins.
How long is the experience?
Each racing session is 10 minutes long.
What safety equipment is provided?
We provide helmets and overalls. Drivers must wear closed shoes and follow all instructions from marshals and staff.
Is there an age or height requirement?
Yes. Minimum age and height requirements apply for safety reasons. For the twin karts, the minimum age and height is 7 years and 120 cms. For the single karts the minimum age and height is 9 years and 130 cms. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure.
Can two people ride in one kart?
Yes. We offer twin karts designed for shared rides, subject to availability and safety requirements.
What happens if my kart stops on track?
Remain seated with both hands raised so marshals can assist you safely. Do not attempt to exit the kart unless instructed by staff.
Can I use my phone or camera while driving?
No. Phones, cameras, and loose items are not allowed during karting sessions for safety reasons.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed shoes are required. Avoid loose scarves, flowing clothing, or open footwear.
Is bumping allowed?
No deliberate contact or reckless driving is permitted. Drivers who ignore safety rules may be removed from the session without refund.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. All participants must complete a waiver before participating. Minors require consent from a parent or guardian.
Can I book private events or group races?
Yes. We offer group bookings, corporate events, birthday parties, and private race sessions. Please contact us for packages and availability.
